Rules and Guidelines
All spectators are to be on opposite sidelines from the players’ bench area. Only team personnel allowed in the team bench and coaches area. No spectators allowed on end lines please, coaches are responsible to make this happen. Please be be aware of where teams and parents are setting up canopies and tents, we cannot have them between fields that pose a danger to our players and obstruct safe walkways.
Where teams have the same color jerseys, the home team required to change jersey color to white, cooperation is appreciated
Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated at WSLA Lacrosse events. Any player, coach or spectator that is involved in an altercation or inappropriate behavior will be immediately ejected from the game and the remainder of the event. If the ejected person refuses to leave the field of play or continues to cause a disturbance that prohibits the game/s from proceeding, EOS Jamboree staff reserves the right to eject that person from the facility.
The game officials reserve the right to end a game if the game cannot be safely controlled.
Approved eye protection, colored mouth guard and approved lacrosse stick must be used at WSLA Lacrosse events. Goalies must wear approved protective equipment.
We will forego stick check for this event. Umpires may check a stick at their discretion at any time.
All games will be officiated by certified umpires. All umpires will be treated with the utmost respect at all WSLA Lacrosse events. We appreciate their participation in the End of the Season Jamboree and are unable to host such an event without their expertise and efforts.
Each coach must ensure that the bench area is picked-up after each game. Areas of team congregating must be cleaned up after teams depart for the day.
Alcohol and Tobacco Policy
All spectators, players, and coaches are expected to respect the WSLA policy to restrict the use of alcohol and tobacco products from being used/consumed on tournament premises. Any violators will be reported to the Tournament Directors and will be subject to expulsion from the tournament at the discretion of the Tournament Directors. The Tournament Directors thank all fans and participants for their cooperation as we model behavior for youth.
The parking lots are very busy, the complex collects $5 for parking. All drivers must be careful at this youth event when driving! Please try and bring exact amount as listed to hep attendants and get you parked ASAP
No dogs allowed on the fields, leave all dogs at home for this event and never in your vehicle!!
Whenever possible, games will be played as schedule posted.
Each game is a twenty five (25) minute running clock
-Central clock for all games
-No time outs during games, play will stop on injuries, yet the game clock is still running
-10 minutes between games, so teams must be prepared to start games when central horn starts games. Be mindful to depart fields and sidelines promptly to allow next teams to play.
