The Rules for Womens Lacrosse are very different from the rules for Men's Lacrosse.
Women's is a game of elegance, finesse and endurance.

U11

7 players per team, Goalies are optional, Guideline of 2 Defensive Players on Defensive End
2 Pass Rule (must pass 2 times before shooting) 3 seconds, Shooting Space and Dangerous Propelling
Summary: Modified Field 7 v 7 (8 v 8 with goalies) 2 pass rule, no off-sides, no checking
U9
Lacrosse Stick, Goggles, Mouth Guards, 5 players per side and no goalies. 2 pass rule. no checking, 3 second defense, shooting space and dangerous propelling will be integral to the play. The game will be similar to half-court basketball.
