Youth Game Report for 14U and 12U

All 14U and 12U HOME teams are required to report final game scores via this online form within 24 hours of game.  This is also a good way to communicate comments on games as needed throughout the season.

In addition, we're asking all 10U teams to complete a game report.  Though keeping score at this level is not encouraged, it is important that we be able to track game outcomes so that we can most effectively schedule teams for the end of season jamboree and the next season.  Rather than scores, we're looking for comments on outcome:  Were the teams evenly matched?  Or was the game lopsided?  You can report this in the "Comments" section, and fill in "N/A" or "0" for each teams score.
